1. Formatting Requirement: This drive can only be formatted on Windows operating systems. IMPORTANT: The exFAT format is mandatory for the initial formatting process—please ensure this setting is selected.

2. Mac Usage Note: When using with a Mac, the drive is limited to file and data storage purposes only. Under no circumstances should you format the drive on a Mac device.

3. Capacity Limitation for Mac Users: Mac compatibility is restricted to drives with a capacity of 4TB or less. Drives exceeding 4TB may experience malfunctions when used with Mac systems. We strongly recommend Mac users to verify the capacity before placing an order.

• Add it to your cart along with an SSD of any capacity, or

• Leave a specific note requesting the adapter on your SSD order.
  Standalone orders for the OTG adapter will not be processed.

• Every product is fully tested (100% functionality verified) prior to shipment to guarantee performance.

• Should you face any problems with your received product, please reach out to customer service immediately. If all troubleshooting methods we provide fail to resolve the issue, a replacement will be arranged for you.

• Returned products must be returned in their original packaging and undamaged condition.
